Full House Moving started in 1988 when Mike Sarnacki turned determination and a pickup truck into a business built on hard work, honesty, and accountability. From his parents’ kitchen in Richardson, Mike grew the company through the 90s, one satisfied customer at a time.

Nearly 15 years ago, Kelly Aven joined the team after honing his skills at Texas Moving. As operations manager, his experience and steady leadership have helped make Full House Moving the gold standard for residential moves across North Texas.

In April 2025, Joe and Lindsay Laubacher took the reins—just before welcoming their sixth child. Longtime friends of Mike, they’re carrying forward his values while infusing their own family principles to guide Full House Moving into its next chapter. The Laubachers pray to remain humble servants in Christ and faithful stewards of His blessings.
